A walk in the rain

We did some paperwork this afternoon. Names are picked and on the paperwork. We went to the mall to go ice skating. It is cheaper to skate before evening (21 vs 26). It is also half price to bowl before 6 (65 vs 120). They chose not bowl. We ate at the Fat House there. It is still not as good as the one in Kiev. The kids rode a small train in the mall. Free with purchase of things or food at the mall. We bought a map of the region. We did not find one of just Poltava. Linda will get us one tomorrow. It was farther to that "mall" than I remembered.
We have asked to take some of the older children we know to eat pizza. They said tomorrow was a good day to do take them. We look forward to spending time with the other children too. My kids want to spend time with them. We see them as they walk by. They say hello, but are always going somewhere. So it will be good to have time with them.
Some of the other children will arrive back on Wednesday, that is what we are told. It will be good to see them too.
We were looking at pictures of the children almost 2 years ago. How much they have grown! I was amazed. Some have grown a foot.
Masha and I walked back from the orphanage in the rain. Soaked pants, shoes and socks! We enjoyed the walk but the rain was a bit much.
I'm listening to my MP3 player. It has been a blessing today to have my Christian music and God's Word with me.
Blessings from God: smiles, hugs, kisses, music, laughter, friends, family and knowing my friends are praying.
