In KIEV!

A 7 hour layover in MS. Then 2 hours in Holland, ok that one was good. 3 planes and we are here. We did have a few adventures along the way. I thought it was great to have a layover in Holland. I wish the 7 hours was there.

Sasha, our facilitator and Masha, our friend met us at the airport. We are in a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, bath and living room. All is good. Last night Ricky and the kids and Sasha went to get a few groceries. Masha and I spent time catching up. Her husband Vitalik and his brother Slovic came by to visit us after dinner.

This morning Masha and her friend, Sasha came to take us to see Kiev. We walked for about 6 hours today. We were sitting for meals only. We went to see the Nipro River, Some of the many statutues and the monastary. We went shopping by St. Andrews church. We ate lunch at the Fat House and dinner at McDonalds. We are all exhausted again.

We look forward to our appointment Monday. Thank you for your prayers. God is good. We all feel safe. Yes, we are aware of the circumstances here. Many are without jobs. Many begging on the streets.

A note to those coming. American money is hard to get. We paid several at the steet market with dollars. Yes, we ran out of grievnas. We did not bring many ones or fives. I wish we had brought more. Getting in late we have not exchanged much money. We will do that tomorrow.

We look forward to going to church with Masha and family tomorrow.

Again thanks for the prayers, please keep them up.

I Corinthians 12:18 ..God has arranged the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be.

I love feeling like of a part of the body doing what God wants me to be doing.
